Terms of Service
AurexFin provides software and AI-assisted tools to repurpose and distribute content to connected social networks. These Terms govern use of our website and subscription services offered by LAR Solutions Sp. z o.o. (Poland). By accessing or using AurexFin, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Provider (Registration Details)
The electronically provided services (the “Services”) are provided by LAR Solutions Sp. z o.o. (the “Service Provider”), with registered office at:

2. Types and Scope of Services Provided Electronically
AurexFin is a SaaS portal available via the website and the application at app.aurexfin.com, enabling users to:
- check_circleupload or connect content sources and manage assets in the Portal;
- check_circlegenerate derivatives of user-provided content using AI-assisted tooling (e.g., clips, captions, post variants);
- check_circleconnect third-party social platforms using OAuth and schedule/publish to connected accounts based on user authorizations;
- check_circleview basic analytics and manage subscription/billing settings.
The specific features available may depend on the selected plan and may change due to product updates, provided that such changes do not deprive the user of the core paid functionality for the active billing period.
3. Conditions of Providing Services Electronically
Technical requirements

- check_circlewhere integrations are used: valid third‑party accounts and permissions required by those platforms.
Unlawful content prohibition
The service recipient must not provide or make available via the Portal any content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy), contains malware, or violates applicable platform rules. The Service Provider may block or remove such content and suspend or terminate access in accordance with these Terms.
4. Conclusion and Termination of Agreements
An agreement for the provision of electronically provided services is concluded when the user creates an account in the Portal and accepts these Terms (and, if applicable, completes the subscription purchase flow).
For subscriptions, billing terms, renewals, and refunds are described in the Portal and supplemented by our Refund Policy.
The user may terminate the agreement at any time by cancelling the subscription in the Portal (if applicable) and ceasing use of the Services. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the agreement in cases of material breach (including unlawful content, fraud, or security abuse), or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
5. Complaint Resolution Procedure
Complaints regarding the provision of Services electronically (including interruptions, incorrect operation, or billing issues) may be submitted:

Please include (where possible): your account email, a description of the issue, the date/time of occurrence, and any relevant screenshots or error messages. We will respond without undue delay, typically within 14 days, and in urgent cases sooner where feasible.
If a complaint concerns payment processing, we may request additional information necessary to identify the transaction and coordinate with our payment provider.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

7. AI Credits & Usage
Credit System
AurexFin operates on a credit-based model. Each generation, analysis, or technical operation consumes a set number of AI credits determined by complexity.
No Rollover
Standard plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the subsequent month unless specified in premium tiers.
8. Content Usage
You retain all rights and ownership to the content you create using AurexFin. However, by using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Prohibited Activities
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, harassment, distributing malware, or infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Attempting to reverse engineer the AI models, scraping data at scale, or bypassing platform security measures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts having jurisdiction over our registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
